    The voltage regulator is the fourteenth batch of energy-saving products in the electromechanical industry. The contact voltage regulator is essentially an autotransformer whose output voltage can be adjusted. Voltage regulators with different capacities have different coil DC resistances, but they are usually very small. 0.4 Euro cannot be used as a basis for judging whether it is burned out. It has a wide range of applications, and is generally used in places such as voltage regulation, temperature control, speed regulation, dimming, and power control.

     

    1. The carbon brush of the voltage regulator must ensure a certain thickness;

     

    2. The carbon brush has already touched another turn of the coil before the carbon brush has completely removed the turn of the coil that has been in contact;

     

     

     

    3. At least two turns must be bridged during movement;

     

    4. There is always a short circuit between turns during the operation of the voltage regulator. The thicker the thickness of the carbon brush, the more short-circuit turns. Therefore, the thickness of the carbon brush of the voltage regulator varies according to the diameter of the voltage regulator;

     

    5. Because the short-circuit between turns will cause short-circuit circulating current, it is necessary to control its size, so the turn voltage of the voltage regulator is generally below 1V. Common high-power voltage regulators have a turn voltage of 0.8-0.9V, and low-power is even smaller, generally ranging from 0.4-0.7V. If the turn voltage is too high, the stability of the voltage regulator will be poorer and it will easily burn out.
